Visual Inspection
Surveillance Inspection (as a third party) can provide an unbiased opinion regarding the quality or compliance issue of a purchased item. This can benefit the end user of a product or piece of equipment by giving the assurance that a product has met the specifications laid out in the purchasing agreement.
Visual inspection can provide a means of detecting problems that can easily be missed by persons that are working under pressure due to time constraint etc. Again a third party may prevent an accident or expensive breakdown. Some examples of items that can be visually inspected are:
